I have not received my order. When I tracked it, the status showed that it had been canceled. I already reported the issue and have been requesting a refund for more than a week, but I still have not received it.
I am disappointed that I have been charged for something I neither received nor used. I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund and would like this matter resolved as soon as possible.

I'm very upset because I ordered 29 items for PHP 4,722.
On May 11th, customer service wrote to me that one item was out of stock and they couldn't ship the entire order. However, the order from that date was marked as delivered, even though it hadn't even shipped yet. They said they'd contact me, but they haven't responded to my messages for a month now, because I requested a refund for a package they never even shipped.
I'm very disappointed as I did not receive my order, I reached out to the customer service, but it never respond.
I immediately sent customer service an email asking to cancel my order because it was going to cost $200 to ship from the Philippines to the USA but never got a response. Sure, shipping was fast but at what cost? Not only did I not receive a customer service response, cost was expensive and worse- I broke out from the concealer. Please get back to me so I can have my money back.

I haven't received the items I ordered, and despite me sending two emails, I received no response from the company. I will never order from the site again and highly discourage anyone thinking of ordering.
This is an inconvenience as I have limited time in the country to receive my items. I want a refund.
The pigments are amazing and super pigmented! So so happy with the actual products - just wish international shipping was more affordable. I ordered from the UK and shipping was the same price as all the products combined.

I got the GRWM Ultra Blur in the shade Yam, and I’m honestly impressed! The texture is super smooth and blends really well on the skin — parang may instant filter effect. It also does a great job at controlling oil, especially sa T-zone area, without making my skin feel dry. What I also noticed is that it’s slightly color-correcting — it evens out my skin tone and makes my complexion look brighter and more balanced. Perfect for days na gusto ko lang ng fresh, natural look. Overall, sobrang worth it for everyday use!
