Everything was great and I’m very happy with my order. However, I noticed that the corrector was missing. Could you please check whether this is an issue on your side or if I may have missed something? Thank you!

I'm very upset because I ordered 29 items for PHP 4,722.
On May 11th, customer service wrote to me that one item was out of stock and they couldn't ship the entire order. However, the order from that date was marked as delivered, even though it hadn't even shipped yet. They said they'd contact me, but they haven't responded to my messages for a month now, because I requested a refund for a package they never even shipped.

The pigments are amazing and super pigmented! So so happy with the actual products - just wish international shipping was more affordable. I ordered from the UK and shipping was the same price as all the products combined.
